The Graceful Executive Leadership team oversees all the foundation's efforts with gracious type leadership, which mean Jesus is our role model, Lion of Judah and the Lamb, He has power and capacity in the same time very meek, generous, and love people, always move by compassion and give people in need with Father God blessings, heal the broken heart , give foods to 5000 people and use 2 fish and 5 loaves to supply crowds.
The committee meets regularly to ensure that all of our teams perform efficiently and to facilitate cross-functional connections, The foundation form "The Benevolent Trust Fund" to help people, especially orphans, disable of widows, and solve world most extreme poverty, solve climate change problems.
Budi Foundation also interconnect the roots with Churches, World Bank, IMF, United Nations, Philanthropy Foundation, Together we able to make better world.

By God's Grace, Febi as Chief financial officer, oversees finance and accounting, financial planning and analysis, risk and assurance, partner organizational effectiveness, the Strategic Investment Fund, and several special initiatives.
